Wedding Planning:

With over 20 years experience performing at Weddings, Brides & Grooms that we have worked with have consistently said that their music set the tone and controlled the flow of events at their Wedding.  With this in mind, A Touch of Magic’s Wedding Services always includes unlimited Wedding Planning.

To best represent you at your Wedding, we need to know your likes and most importantly, your dislikes.  What is your Wedding’s mood and style?  Formal? Traditional? Elegant? Fun? Loud? Classy? Sophisticated? Romantic? Family Friendly?

Planning helps us to not only play great music but it helps to give your Wedding, your Style and Personality as well as helps us in controlling the timing of your Wedding Protocol.  This upfront planning enables you and your guests to receive and enjoy the most entertainment value that time allows.

Ceremony Support:

Music has long been an important part of social gatherings including Wedding Ceremonies.  As you make your way to the altar, music is right there.  When you complete your vows and enjoy your “First Kiss” as Husband and Wife, music is right there.

At A Touch of Magic DJ Service, we consider it an honor to be asked to provide Wedding Music for your Wedding Ceremony.  In addition to providing Wedding Music for your guest arrivals, Groom’s Entrance, Bridal Party Entrance, Bride’s Entrance, A Touch of Magic DJ Service can provide microphone services for your Wedding Official as well as bubbles, for added “playfulness and romance”.

Cocktail Hour Support:

During the transition from Wedding Ceremony to Wedding Reception, a Touch of Magic DJ Service is happy to provide musical selections to entertain your guests while you are being photographed.  And, as always, the music will reflect your preferences, style and taste along with appropriateness.

Reception Coordination:

Wedding experience is crucial to this aspect of your Wedding.  The tempo for a Wedding is un-like other events we as DJs perform at.  Some dancing, salads have to be serve, some more dancing, pictures and interviews have to be taken, Bouquets to toss, and, oh yes, some more dancing.

During our planning sessions, we can work together to identify your Wedding Reception Protocol.  For example:  Will there be Parent’s Dances (Bride & Dad – Groom & Mom)?  Sorority or Fraternity acknowledgements?  Special Singing or Dance Dedications?  On-site or Off-site Photo Opportunities for you?  Knowing the details upfront allows everyone to be on the same page with providing you with the best Wedding experience.

A Touch of Magic DJ Service works in concert with you, your Catering Manager, Photographer and Videographer, to keep your Wedding Reception events moving smoothly.  This will enable you to enjoy your meal, look good and relaxed for your pictures and video and also, allows you ample time to enjoy the music with your family and friends.

Marriage joins two loving people to share their lives together.  Weddings allow the opportunity for families and friends to openly share in the celebration of this marriage.  As you already know, most families are different. 

When working with Brides & Grooms about the music to be played at their Wedding, the questions about their perspective guests are always the hardest to answer.  Why, you ask?  Simple.  How many of you have seen your family members, co-workers and friends in a “social setting”?  Do you know that your favorite aunt has every Prince album?  And her husband enjoys Latin classics from Luis Miguel?

Make no mistake about it … It is the Bride & Grooms’ special day!  However, why on earth would you invite (and pay for each and every one of them) all those people to celebrate your marriage and have them listen to music that is not appealing to them?
